Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ConsultPro's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

ConsultPro provides professional consulting services including but not limited to assurance, accounting, tax, resourcing, and business consulting. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery. Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and cooperate fully with our team during service delivery.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

ConsultPro's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ConsultPro is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
